About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead industrialization projects for new products, from defining requirements through equipment qualification and production launch
- Design production lines, workstations, tooling, and associated material flows
- Define automation and robotics strategies
- Create the work instructions and operating procedures required for production start-up
- Create, submit, and deploy Group standards relating to industrial equipment, technologies, and industrialization practices
- Support sites in adopting standards and introducing new technologies
- Identify robust, standardized, and replicable solutions for deployment across multiple sites
- Prepare the handover of new equipment to local teams
- Train production, industrial engineering, and maintenance teams on new equipment and tools
- Participate in the global Methods community, capture lessons learned, and promote knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Procurement, and the Group’s site-based Methods teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical or industrial field
- Strong command of automated and robotic industrial processes, particularly assembly processes
- Proficiency in industrial project management, risk analysis, and quality tools, including FMEA, 8D, and problem-solving methodologies
- Strong focus on workplace safety and ergonomics
- Good understanding of digital production tools and their interactions, including ERP, MES, CMMS, PLM, traceability, and data collection systems
- Fluent English (B2/C1 level)
- Experience with multi-site or international projects and the deployment of common standards is an advantage
- Experience with an ERP system and office productivity tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of digital industrial architectures and the integration of equipment with production information systems is an advantage
