About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the execution of the strategic project portfolio, ensuring quality, cost, schedule, safety, and profitability objectives are met
  • Manage and support a team of Project Managers to develop their skills, engagement, and collective performance
  • Establish portfolio governance, identify major risks, and implement the necessary action plans and escalations
  • Coordinate interfaces with the Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrialization, Service, and Commissioning teams
  • Contribute to pre-sales and contracting phases by providing expertise on technical matters, scheduling, execution, and risks
  • Define and implement processes, tools, and best practices to sustainably improve Delivery performance
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time in France and internationally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or an equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience managing complex industrial projects
  • Significant experience in team management and business operations leadership
  • Fluent English, enabling effective work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Experience in the renewable energy or electrical infrastructure sectors (an advantage)
  • Experience with pre-sales and contracting phases for complex projects (an advantage)
  • Knowledge of regulatory, contractual, and HSE requirements (an advantage)
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around common objectives
  • Strong customer focus
  • Rigorous, well-organized approach with strong anticipation and planning skills
