About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and deploy the Quality roadmap for the SPS Business Line in alignment with strategic priorities and business challenges.
- Represent the Quality function in the Business Line’s governance bodies, challenge decisions, and provide an objective view of risks and opportunities.
- Lead project quality by securing milestones, launches, ramp-ups, and control of product, process, and component risks.
- Drive the resolution of quality issues during series production and promote the capture and reuse of lessons learned for future developments.
- Develop quality standards, methods, and tools while supporting the development of team capabilities.
- Manage and develop a quality team while bringing cross-functional stakeholders across the Business Line together around a shared vision of performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Proven experience managing project quality in an industrial environment.
- Successful experience in team management and cross-functional coordination within a matrix organization.
- Fluent French and English, with the ability to work in an international environment.
- Knowledge of the UPS industry and the challenges facing the SPS Business Line.
- Experience managing performance through quality indicators and dashboards.
- Leadership skills to unite teams around a shared vision and support the transformation of the Business Line.
- Strong influencing skills to challenge established practices and drive organizational improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to influence decisions and build trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
