About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the Sales Management team in day-to-day operations
- Coordinating and monitoring appointments and sales activities
- Handling and forwarding external inquiries
- Managing internal and external communications
- Preparing analyses, reports, and meeting minutes
- Planning, organizing, and following up on sales events
- Supporting sales projects and commercial initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in a sales organization or in marketing
- Excellent communication skills; experience in telephone sales is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Team player with adaptability and reliability
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage
- Fluent German and good English skills
