Key responsibilities & impact

Support onboarding of successful IT consultants for Softchoice customer engagements across North America
Prepare, route for signature, and maintain Legal Resource agreements, contract extensions, and Project Change Requests
Manage engagement setup and closure in FinancialForce (Certinia), including project details, milestones, and financial closure
Review and approve contractor, partner, and internal bench resource timecards, resolving discrepancies
Manage escalations on active engagements and route issues to appropriate teams
Track Statements of Work documents through sign-off and execution
Serve as point of contact for client invoicing inquiries, partnering with Billing and Accounts Receivable teams
Run and consolidate timecard, hours, and budget reports for clients and leadership

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of service delivery concepts, processes, and procedures
Experience with timecard, invoicing, or project financial systems such as FinancialForce/Certinia is an asset
Basic understanding of IT terminology and role types
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Self-starter, motivated, with a keen eye for detail
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
Post-secondary degree
