About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Workplace AI Consulting team of consultants, trainers, and technical consultants
- Manage and mentor principal consultants, program managers, change management consultants, learning specialists, and technical consultants
- Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth
- Provide strategic guidance to direct reports
- Monitor team billable utilization, resource allocation, forecasting, and success criteria
- Oversee delivery of business consulting, user adoption, change management, training, assessment, and Proof of Value engagements
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets
- Act as escalation point for critical project challenges and customer concerns
- Align Workplace AI Consulting strategy with broader organizational objectives
- Improve delivery models, tools, and methodologies
- Support resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management
- Collaborate with professional services and AI solutions delivery teams
- Build customer relationships as a trusted Workplace AI advisor
- Partner with sales and account teams to identify service expansion opportunities and develop value propositions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, HR Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, or related roles
- At least 5 years in a leadership position
- Expertise in AI, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot, or business management/change management
- Hands-on experience with AI solutions and/or technology-related change management
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams, drive performance, and achieve operational excellence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with technology consulting or professional services organizations
- Familiarity with resource and capacity planning tools and processes
- Successful criminal record check
