About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own functional business analysis to determine how Softdocs products can best serve users across educational institutions
Provide clients with a successful onboarding experience for Etrieve
Partner with the Project Manager on client communication, project deliverables, and deadlines
Partner with Technical Solutions Consultants on system configuration requirements
Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
Consult with clients on document-handling and document-workflow business processes
Create client documentation and action plans for applying Etrieve
Collect information to develop implementation design plans
Train clients to use Etrieve solutions
Ensure clients achieve desired outcomes from Softdocs products and services
Report to the Manager of Professional Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in software and enterprise-level software
Experience working in K–12 and/or higher education marketplaces
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Continuous learning and ability to learn new features and product platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to ask insightful questions to identify business processes
Ability to effectively relay technical information to non-technical clients
Resourcefulness and initiative to research information before asking for assistance
Detail-oriented approach to executing tasks and meeting deliverables on time
Bonus: Experience consulting on enterprise content management software
Bonus: Experience in a K–12 or higher education position
Bonus: Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
Bonus: Experience and knowledge with SQL
