About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy, systems, integrations, and data infrastructure behind the go-to-market motion
  • Work within the marketing team with SDRs, marketing operations, and content teams
  • Automate outbound efforts through email, LinkedIn, and other channels using Clay, Outreach, Apollo, Zapier, and other tools
  • Identify and act on web traffic, ad interactions, and third-party intent data to nurture leads into conversion
  • Partner with performance marketing on tracking and data integrity across the funnel
  • Own the GTM marketing stack, including data integrity and integrations
  • Build and maintain attribution models from first touch to closed revenue
  • Build enrichment, scoring, and prospecting workflows in Clay
  • Build dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and channel efficiency
  • Automate repetitive GTM processes using Zapier, native APIs, or custom scripts
  • Recommend tools to keep the marketing technology stack current
  • Document processes and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or revenue operations, growth engineering, or a similar GTM systems role, with evidence of pipeline growth success
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including custom fields, workflows, and data architecture
  • Experience with Clay for data enrichment and outbound workflow automation
  • Experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform
  • Familiarity with Zapier or similar iPaaS tools
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into daily operations
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between systems
  • Fluency with spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to validate data and report on performance
  • Experience with SQL and/or a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Sigma
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and conversion tracking setup
  • Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript for custom integrations
  • Experience scaling a marketing tech stack at a high-growth startup
