About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver scalable Full Stack solutions using Python, JavaScript and React
Use and orchestrate AI development tools and agents such as Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot
Review, validate and refactor AI-generated code before production
Design reusable prompts, contexts and AI-assisted development workflows
Build and integrate LLM, RAG and AI-powered solutions
Design and supervise data pipelines and AI/ML integrations
Define testing strategies including unit, integration and end-to-end testing
Work with CI/CD, cloud environments and relational/non-relational databases
Participate in architecture, security and technical decision-making
Mentor developers and progressively assume Tech Lead responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–10 years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience
1+ year of technical leadership or mentoring experience
Advanced Python, JavaScript and React
Hands-on experience using AI coding agents/tools in real software development workflows
Professional experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG
Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
Knowledge of pandas and scikit-learn
Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Experience with CI/CD and automated testing
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and data structures
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Strong Git knowledge
Advanced English – written and spoken
