About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, enhance, and maintain Full Stack applications (Java/Spring Boot and React), focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by applying development, architecture, and automated testing best practices.
- Actively collaborate in the technical planning of product enhancements and support activities, contributing to specifications, estimates, and impact analyses.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives, sharing responsibility for the quality of delivered solutions.
- Consider security, performance, and operational costs in technical decisions, working toward sustainable solutions.
- Work with both legacy systems and the development of new services and integrations.
- Document technical analyses and architectural decisions, recording the rationale behind technology choices.
- Use AI critically in day-to-day development, including coding, testing, documentation, and support for technical decisions.
- Demonstrate a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in Full Stack development using Java 8 or later, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL, with Spring Boot and React.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining architectures and integrations, including REST and SOAP services, while applying best practices to code development and maintenance.
- Strong focus on software quality, with experience in unit, E2E, and performance testing (JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, JMeter, K6).
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, using Git, Docker, Maven/Gradle, GitLab CI, and Kubernetes, contributing to environment automation and stability.
- Experience using AI as an integrated part of the development lifecycle, including code generation and review, testing, documentation, and support for technical decisions, with sound judgment regarding where and how to apply it.
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts.
