About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct functional scoping, including analysis of the hospital’s organization and user needs
Design the functional configuration, present and validate the solution with the client
Train future users (admissions/front desk staff, billing clerks, accountants, medical information technicians, and medical information department staff)
Provide support during the launch of the solutions
Advise users on process optimization (patient pathways and activity coding)
Act as the liaison between clients and R&D to improve the solutions
Prepare meeting minutes and procedures
Support healthcare facilities in managing their operations through training and assistance with the BI GAP and PMSI applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or training in biomedical engineering or healthcare engineering
Knowledge of management, such as accounts receivable, management control, or medical IT
Knowledge of PMSI (Programme de Médicalisation des Systèmes d’Information; French medical information systems program)
Valid Category B driving licence required
Regular travel required as part of this field-based role
