About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct functional scoping, including analysis of hospital organization and user needs
- Functionally design and configure the solution, then present and validate it with the client
- Train future users, including admissions/front-desk staff, billing clerks, accountants, TIMs, and DIMs
- Provide go-live support for the solutions
- Advise users on process optimization, particularly patient flow and activity coding
- Act as the liaison between clients and R&D to contribute to solution improvements
- Prepare meeting reports and procedures
- Support healthcare organizations in managing their operations through training and assistance with the GAP and PMSI BI applications
- Deploy the Patient Administrative Management module of the Hopital Manager solution in public and private healthcare organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or training in biomedical sciences or healthcare engineering
- Knowledge of management, such as accounts receivable, management control, or medical IT
- Valid Category B driving license required
- Final-year internship
- Field-based role involving regular travel
