About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of Product Owners and Testers dedicated to prescription support and medication management workflows
- Define the team’s objectives and priorities with the Head of Product and Engineering Manager
- Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to deliver solutions tailored to end users
- Contribute to roadmap definition, make prioritization decisions, and allocate initiatives across squads
- Ensure functional consistency across the tribe
- Coordinate with other tribes and Product Managers
- Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met
- Establish and manage user-centered design processes with the UX Team
- Monitor team performance and implement necessary improvements
- Manage the team’s budget and human resources
- Recruit, train, and develop Product Owners, Testers, and subject-matter experts
- Comply with applicable eHealth regulatory requirements
- Develop and promote a Product culture within and beyond the Softway Medical Group
- Provide regular reports on performance and value delivered to users
- Coordinate with customer support and operational project managers
- Prioritize and allocate support incidents across squads using a risk-based management approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 10 years of experience in Product Design and Management (Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Lead/Manager), including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong command of core healthcare-facility workflows (patient administration, scheduling, medication management, operating room, laboratory, radiology, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex integrations into simple, high-value user solutions
- Ability to map complex business processes within a Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Diplomacy and negotiation skills to manage priorities and explain decisions to stakeholders
- Regular collaboration with business teams responsible for the exchanged data
- Experience using agentic AI
- In-depth understanding of software development
- User-centered design methods, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Compliance with current eHealth regulatory requirements (ISO, CE marking, etc.)
