About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive roadmap initiatives
Champion the product vision and contribute to the strategy alongside the Product Manager
Share the roadmap and explain short-, medium-, and long-term objectives
Lead product discovery: analyze needs, facilitate workshops and interviews, and formulate hypotheses
Gather and clarify stakeholders’ business requirements
Make prioritization decisions and propose efficient, sustainable processes
Document, prioritize, and break down requirements
Drive delivery and ensure quality
Continuously prioritize the backlog
Support the development team throughout the sprint
Manage dependencies and approve deliverables
Participate in Scrum ceremonies
Write documentation and release notes
Track KPIs, gather user feedback, and assess satisfaction
Continuously optimize the product
Travel occasionally, approximately twice a month

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in product design methodologies, particularly FOCUSED
Ability to lead sprints with a development squad
Good understanding of data models
Ability to model end-to-end business workflows
Ability to listen to users and observe how they work in the field
Ability to translate business needs into concrete, broken-down, and testable use cases
Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
Strong command of English
Knowledge of logistics challenges, particularly WMS, would be a plus
Proven experience in the full deployment of a WMS would be a plus
