About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement the testing strategy
- Plan and launch test campaigns
- Deploy test environments and master the associated tools
- Collaborate with developers on test design
- Define unit, injection, regression, and functional test cases
- Estimate testing effort during Sprint Planning
- Perform manual testing
- Gain a thorough understanding of the functional scope, business requirements, and user practices in order to design and execute appropriate tests
- Write test cases, identify potential impacts, and analyze associated logs and KPIs
- Develop and automate tests
- Maintain existing scenarios and develop new automated scenarios
- Design and maintain test suites
- Write and update release notes and user guides
- Contribute to technical documentation related to features and testing
- Handle expert-level incidents
- Analyze the root causes of incidents and identify related defects
- Document defects resulting from analyses
- Run database queries to support in-depth investigations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience testing software solutions
- Strong understanding of Qualification Acceptance concepts
- Good knowledge of logistics-related challenges
- Experience with a WMS is preferred
- Proficiency in product design methodologies, ideally the FOCUSED method
- Ability to write clear, precise, and detailed defect reports
- Comfortable collaborating with developers, Product Owners, and QA teams
- Ability to explain technical issues in clear, accessible terms
- Meticulous approach to feature validation
- Good level of professional English
- Availability to work in a partially international development team environment
