About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct technical audits before deployments
- Analyze clients’ systems, network, and application environments
- Install, deploy, and configure solutions
- Participate in configuring environments and workstations with infrastructure teams
- Configure interfaces and data exchanges between information system applications
- Perform technical and application testing and support user acceptance testing phases
- Participate in solution migration, enhancement, and update projects with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and project configuration records
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment methods and processes
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data protection requirements
- Support clients in implementing solutions, from analyzing their technical environment through go-live and ongoing operational maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or training as a Laboratory Technician or in Biological Engineering, with an interest in information systems
- Proven experience as a Laboratory Technician, ideally including initial experience in an information systems or laboratory management software environment
- Comfortable working with clients and providing training or guidance
- Knowledge of HL7, HPRIM Santé, and interoperability challenges
- Experience with LIS / middleware environments
- Experience deploying software
- Experience working in a multi-site or field-based environment
- This is a field-based role involving regular travel across France, averaging up to 3 days per week
- Valid Category B driving licence required
