About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate bespoke implementation teams comprising Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations throughout the implementation lifecycle
Create and maintain implementation plans with deliverables, timelines, owners, and dependencies
Facilitate meetings and communication channels to align teams on priorities, timelines, and client expectations
Coordinate resources across multiple concurrent implementations and manage competing priorities
Gather client impact data and contribute to product prioritization and planning
Identify and document technical, commercial, regulatory, and operational risks
Establish escalation paths and proactively escalate blockers
Lead cross-functional issue resolution
Define and validate measurable implementation acceptance criteria
Orchestrate go-live activities and provide post-launch support and monitoring
Execute structured handoffs to support teams with documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition planning
Conduct post-implementation lessons-learned reviews
Create, maintain, and improve implementation process documentation
Analyze implementation data, client feedback, and team insights to optimize processes
Collect, synthesize, and act on feedback from internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of implementation or project management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech environments
Proven track record managing complex enterprise implementations involving APIs, integrations, or embedded solutions from initiation through completion
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in matrix organizations with competing priorities
Stakeholder management experience with technical stakeholders and C-level executives
Background in payments, financial services, embedded finance, marketplace technologies, or API-driven products preferred
Right to work in the jurisdiction where the candidate will work
