About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate bespoke implementation teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations throughout the implementation lifecycle
Guide embedded clients through onboarding and implementation
Create and maintain implementation plans with deliverables, timelines, owners, and dependencies
Facilitate meetings and communication channels to align teams on priorities, timelines, and client expectations
Coordinate resources across multiple concurrent implementations
Gather client impact data for product prioritization and planning
Identify, document, and manage technical, commercial, regulatory, and operational risks
Establish escalation paths and lead cross-functional issue resolution
Define implementation acceptance criteria and validate requirements before go-live
Orchestrate go-live activities and provide post-launch support and monitoring
Execute structured handoffs to ongoing support teams
Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions
Create and improve process documentation for embedded client implementation journeys
Analyze implementation data and feedback to identify process improvements
Integrate feedback from internal teams and client interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of implementation or project management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech environments
Proven track record managing complex enterprise implementations involving APIs, integrations, or embedded solutions from initiation through completion
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in matrix organizations with competing priorities
Stakeholder management experience with technical stakeholders and C-level executives
Background in payments, financial services, embedded finance, marketplace technologies, or API-driven products preferred
Right to work in the jurisdiction where the candidate will work
