About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead FX and Accounts, coordinating the Conversion & Rates and Treasury, Accounting & Earn product groups
Increase hedging flow as a share of total payment volume
Coordinate growing balances held, treasury adoption and earn revenue
Build the hedging product from pilot to a scaled, commercially repeatable proposition
Define the KPI system and run the operating cadence for conversion, spread and take rate, adoption, retention and balances
Partner with Treasury and liquidity providers on pricing and spreads
Ship FX intelligence and an agentic advisory layer for Finance Directors
Shape controls, approvals and accounting automations for finance teams
Lead and develop Product Directors, Group Product Managers and Product Managers
Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Treasury and Compliance
Maintain Jobs to Be Done understanding for finance teams, treasurers, controllers and internal users
Position the area competitively against tier-1 banks, institutional FX providers and hedging specialists
Initially work as a hands-on individual contributor building the currency hedging product, then assume full leadership of the area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven senior product experience in FX, treasury or financial markets, in a fintech or financial institution
Experience leading other product leaders
Deep understanding of FX execution, including rate engines, spread management, liquidity relationships and wholesale pricing mechanics
Experience building or working closely with hedging or structured FX products such as forwards and options
Commercial fluency in FX margin and treasury economics
Track record translating complex financial concepts into products used by Finance Directors and treasury teams
Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering and Design
Ability to manage senior stakeholders
Comfortable in a scaling business where the product organisation is still being built
Adaptable, outcome-focused and able to prioritise ruthlessly
Familiarity with agentic or data-driven advisory products is nice to have
Understanding of stablecoin on and off-ramps in a regulated context is nice to have
Experience in earn or yield products is nice to have
Curiosity and inquisitiveness
Comfortable using AI tools to research, draft, analyse and prototype
Must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where you will work
