About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Product Managers and delivery teams to understand ways of working, Agile maturity, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with the Head of Delivery to shape and advocate for the Delivery Framework
- Define and track north star metrics
- Coach, mentor, and guide teams to achieve their goals
- Identify and remove impediments to fast, high-quality, high-value delivery
- Collaborate within Product Engineering and with wider stakeholders, including Operations
- Take ownership and leadership of business-critical delivery initiatives when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to individual teams and real-world challenges
- Excellent communication skills across varied roles, backgrounds, and seniority levels
- Experience leading and implementing change from human and process perspectives
- Experience leading complex, critical, business-impacting projects across multiple teams
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills
- Excellent facilitation skills, including leading meetings and workshops
- Ability to identify and analyse trends, impediments, and opportunities at team and company levels
- Ability to develop solutions supporting continuous improvement
- Strong relationship-building and team-culture promotion skills
- Continuous learning and experimentation mindset
- Organised and methodical, with effective workload prioritisation
- Right to work in the jurisdiction where employed
