About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the Stablecoin conversion strategy and roadmap aligned to the Convert vision and wider stablecoin strategy
Define pricing, quoting, and execution for fiat-to-digital-dollar conversion, including spreads, firm quotes, limits, and out-of-hours behavior
Work with Treasury and liquidity providers to source liquidity and execute without unwanted market risk
Integrate stablecoin conversion with spot FX, rate intelligence, and hedging
Own metrics including conversion volume, quoted-versus-executed price gap, time from decision to funds availability, and incomplete conversions caused by liquidity or cut-offs
Work with Compliance on screening and monitoring requirements
Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver value frequently
Maintain Sokin’s Jobs to Be Done catalogue and customer-outcome evidence
Engage with clients, Sales, and Treasury to understand conversion decisions
Mentor Product Managers and contribute to Convert team standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in product management, ideally in FX, treasury, digital assets or financial markets
Understanding of pricing and spreads, liquidity sourcing, execution, settlement, and market risk
Working knowledge of stablecoins and digital asset on and off-ramps in a regulated context, or curiosity and track record to develop it quickly
Analytical and commercially minded, able to connect roadmap choices to margin and flow
Ability to own a roadmap, identify problems, make decisions, and drive initiatives independently
Comfortable working with treasury, risk, and legal stakeholders
Sufficient technical depth to work closely with engineers
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and bring structure
Curious and inquisitive approach to customers and data
Comfortable using AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and prototyping while remaining accountable for results
Right to work in the jurisdiction where the candidate will work
