About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for the Core Fragrance business, maintaining a holistic understanding of brand, consumer, and commercial performance
  • Monitor launch performance and portfolio productivity; identify opportunities to optimize franchises, accelerate innovations, and address performance gaps
  • Conduct market research using sources including Circana and Nielsen NIQ; translate trends and consumer and competitive insights into brand propositions, messaging, and campaign toolkits
  • Lead regional promotions and pricing strategy, including price and product deep dives, price increase execution, and promotional calendarization
  • Champion the Americas consumer voice across Regional and Global teams and partner with GPM and GCE during product and campaign development
  • Lead integrated Americas go-to-market strategy for Fragrance launches and brand moments
  • Develop campaign and launch plans across Media, Social, Influencer/PR, Experiential, Retail Marketing, E-commerce, and other partners
  • Ensure execution meets brand standards, strategic objectives, timelines, and investment guidance
  • Manage brand marketing budgets, timelines, and agency partners
  • Contribute to annual planning, category growth strategies, innovation plans, and NPL assessments
  • Partner with Executive Director, Sales, and Global/Commercial leadership on retailer meetings, business reviews, and strategy and planning presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing; beauty industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and levels
