About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development and execution of annual retail marketing plans across the Body, Hair, and Promotional business categories
- Drive omnichannel marketing programs supporting new product launches, hero franchise campaigns, retailer-exclusive initiatives, seasonal events, and key promotional moments
- Partner with Sales and Key Account teams to identify growth opportunities, support retailer priorities, and maximize category performance
- Develop retailer-specific marketing strategies across in-store, digital, retail media, CRM, loyalty, sampling, social, and experiential channels
- Manage retailer marketing calendars, launch timelines, and activation plans
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand Marketing, Digital, Social, Influencer, Education, and Merchandising teams
- Lead briefing, development, and execution of retailer-specific creative assets, digital content, merchandising materials, sampling programs, and promotional support
- Analyze category, campaign, and retailer performance to identify insights, opportunities, and recommendations
- Manage retail marketing budgets, forecasts, and investment allocations
- Support retailer-specific influencer activations, including UB Collective + Sephora Squad programs, UGC initiatives, and mailer-driven engagement strategies
- Partner with social media teams to deliver exclusive content key retail channels
- Serve as a key point of contact and trusted marketing partner for internal stakeholders and external retail partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
- 3-5 years experience in marketing; beauty industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and levels
