About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Open doors, build trust, and turn relationships into a real pipeline.
  • Develop business among CSPs, fiduciaries, (multi) family offices, wealth managers and advisers.
  • Bring clients and partners to Solance and own the relationships thereafter.
  • Own the Private Client niche and shape its brand.
  • Build and run the Private Client business with founder-like freedom.
  • Determine where business opportunities are and pursue them.
  • Act as Solance’s market representative and provide client feedback to improve the product.
  • Work closely with the CEO.
  • Build a team as sales justify it.
  • Travel constantly to meet clients and partners.
  • Attend the Dublin office regularly and share market intelligence with the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Eight to ten years’ experience in a Private Client environment (CSP, advisory, banking), ideally across more than one firm.
  • Genuine specialisation in, or strong exposure to, private clients and wealth.
  • Active network of CSPs, fiduciaries, introducers, advisers and bankers.
  • Skilled in structuring, substance and how international private wealth is organised.
  • Builder's mentality: hungry, self-starting, eager to run your own shop.
  • International, and preferably multilingual. (English is a must)
  • Credible, discreet, and easy to trust in a room full of advisers and/or principals.
  • Energy and ability to get things done.
  • Willingness to travel constantly and attend the Dublin office regularly.
  • Experience working with private banks and wealth managers.
  • Understanding of how and why corporate structures are created and what substance means in practice.
