About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct clinical oversight and administrative supervision as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services in the 24/7/365 Contact Center
  • Coach team members and provide timely guidance and feedback
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating crisis services and clinical policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical and crisis key performance indicators
  • Complete quality and compliance audits and ensure feedback loops for performance improvement
  • Provide coaching and oversight to team leads for effective call center operations
  • Train new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists
  • Implement trauma-informed care practices into clinical oversight, supervision, and policies
  • Collaborate with contact center leadership on service delivery, training, evaluation, outcomes, clinical initiatives, new projects, and team development
  • Perform rotating clinical on-call responsibilities
  • Provide real-time staff support through clinical staffing, call monitoring, and answering incoming crisis calls when needed
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s Degree in behavioral health or related field
  • Current LMHP with at least two years post-license experience, preferably in crisis intervention
  • Current Oklahoma Licensed Mental Health Professional
  • 2-5 years of related behavioral health industry experience
  • 2+ years of crisis intervention experience preferred
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Critical thinking skills and effective decision-making
  • Flexible interpersonal style to help coach others
  • Clear, concise, logical verbal and written business communication
  • Ability to plan effectively and establish courses of action
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness during major changes in work tasks or environment
  • Ability to adjust effectively to new processes
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Technical, industry-specific knowledge of healthcare, behavioral health, crisis services, and clinical standards of practice
  • Ability to maintain a stable and secure private home internet with minimum 50Mbps download, 5Mbps upload, and average jitter less than 20% of latency
