About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate qualified meetings within target accounts through phone, email, social, and multi-channel outreach
  • Identify and engage decision-makers and influencers within Solarity’s ideal customer profile
  • Research accounts and prospects to create relevant, personalized outreach
  • Execute structured, multi-touch prospecting cadences
  • Discover account solutions, processes, challenges, priorities, and opportunities
  • Identify additional contacts, roles, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts
  • Capture account intelligence in CRM
  • Assess prospect needs, priorities, and fit before transitioning qualified prospects to Regional Sales Directors
  • Communicate Solarity’s value proposition and handle initial objections
  • Provide Regional Sales Directors with discovery findings and recommended next steps
  • Follow up on inbound leads, events, referrals, and other prospect engagement
  • Participate in Solarity’s Account-Based Marketing strategy with Sales and Marketing
  • Manage prospecting activity and priorities
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, activity, and prospect information in CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Share insights on buyer challenges, solutions, objections, competitive activity, and messaging effectiveness
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting, messaging, campaigns, and prospect engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or another customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient, competitive, and comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting
  • Naturally curious with the ability to ask strong questions, listen, and uncover meaningful information
  • Ability to quickly learn healthcare terminology, buyer personas, workflows, and business challenges
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to consistently execute against defined processes
  • Coachable with a strong desire to learn, improve, and grow
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement technology preferred
  • Healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B technology experience is a plus but not required
