Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash product lifecycle within NetSuite, including roadmap, enhancements, and continuous improvement
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash processes covering order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections
Define, document, and optimize Order-to-Cash business processes for Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations teams
Partner with Finance and Accounting to improve billing and revenue recognition accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a minimum four-quarter rolling roadmap of business capabilities
Align priorities across NetSuite ERP, SuiteBilling, and Advanced Revenue Management
Provide strategic guidance on process design and technology footprint, with hands-on implementation involvement
Gather business requirements through stakeholder meetings and structured discovery sessions
Manage project and enhancement prioritization, deliverables, and timelines
Lead and support NetSuite ERP projects related to Order-to-Cash and billing
Develop functional and high-level technical design documents and specifications
Collaborate with offshore NetSuite development teams during sprint delivery cycles
Implement and improve business processes following industry best practices
Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams on upstream system impacts and CRM/CPQ integrations
Support User Acceptance Testing and timely enhancement delivery
Document process flows and requirements aligned with agile processes
Establish scalable technology-organization processes
Provide end-user training on NetSuite Order-to-Cash capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of IT experience across the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation
5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including configuration, administration, and process design
3+ years of hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, billing/invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections
Demonstrated experience delivering Order-to-Cash solutions in complex, multi-entity or subscription-billing environments
Strong knowledge of downstream financial processes including revenue recognition (ASC 606), accounts receivable, and financial close
Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash concepts, including pricing and billing rules, revenue schedules, approval workflows, invoice generation, and collections management
Excellent leadership and project delivery skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives
Strong communication skills for engaging technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Bachelor's degree (4-year) in a technical or business field required
NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator) strongly preferred
