About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, recruit, and activate new affiliates and creators across the Awin, TikTok Shop, Mercado Livre, and Shopee platforms
- Build and maintain close, ongoing relationships with affiliates, understand their needs, answer questions, and keep partners actively selling
- Negotiate commission rates, commercial terms, and positioning with affiliates and publishers
- Reactivate inactive partners and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide sales materials, offers, and product information to facilitate sales
- Track CAC, ROI, average order value, conversion, and revenue per affiliate, proposing optimization initiatives
- Cross-reference data from different platforms to consolidate channel performance
- Maintain dashboards and report results periodically to leadership
- Monitor the affiliate market, identify new platforms, and recommend partnership opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication and relationship-building skills: enjoys interacting with people, negotiates effectively, and keeps partners engaged over the long term
- Previous experience managing an affiliate channel
- Practical knowledge of the Awin, TikTok Shop, Mercado Livre, and Shopee platforms
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets
- Familiarity with manipulating and processing data from different sources
- Strong command of e-commerce performance metrics
