About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct route inspections of chemical dosing systems and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Advise customers and clean and maintain Solenis equipment and systems
  • Collect samples, perform laboratory analyses, and adjust dosages
  • Control chemical dosages and assess product performance
  • Install equipment and assemble dosing lines
  • Comply with safety standards and activities aligned with customer requirements
  • Evaluate and manage the results of field activities and laboratory analyses
  • Maintain communication and strong working relationships with the customer’s operators and supervisors
  • Implement action plans using service management and monitoring tools
  • Support the Account Representative with costs and annual financial targets
  • Train customers and team members on product applications and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of industrial processes, equipment handling, dosing, and control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Two years of experience in the role and/or two years of industry experience
  • Completed technical education required
  • Higher education currently in progress preferred
  • Customer, safety, and results oriented
  • Clear and assertive communication
  • Autonomy and decision-making skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize activities
  • Interpersonal skills, teamwork, and collaboration
  • Ability to propose improvements and share knowledge
