About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform routine testing and monitoring at customer sites, including data entry
Contribute to service report preparation
Interface with customers to understand chemical or equipment issues
Manage product inventory, deliveries to process units, and offloading to customer tanks
Adjust chemical feed levels based on testing and monitoring
Deliver chemicals and compile trial data at customer sites
Alert the site manager to customer problems or opportunities and begin troubleshooting
Conduct expanded testing to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts
Specify, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring and feed equipment
Work with site teams and customers to ensure optimal program performance
Conduct lab testing, repair and install chemical feed equipment, input data into Excel, control inventory, perform chemical transfers, and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree); experience considered in lieu of a technical degree
Ability to solve complex and non-routine technical problems
Strong relationship management skills
Industry and customer literacy, or ability to quickly learn industry and Solenis technologies
Drive for results and proactive approach to complex issues
Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical
Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record
