About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to SOS field inventory processes
Complete assigned tasks diligently in alignment with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate goals
Assist with business development activities for new and existing service offerings
Promote, build, and maintain customer relationships with adjusters to support retention and repeat use
Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational issues and improvements
Follow standard operating and safety procedures
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Perform work assignments safely and according to Enservio safety standards

Requirements

Strong problem solving and project management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Professional personal and vehicle appearance
Ability to work in adverse conditions and post-loss insurance claims
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
Excellent personal organization and leadership skills
Results-oriented and able to work in a team environment
Property and Casualty claim experience is a plus
Restoration industry experience is a plus
Ability to travel to site locations within the geographic area
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions
Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle available for use
