About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to field inventory processes
  • Complete assigned tasks in alignment with department, facility, operational, and corporate goals
  • Assist with business development for new and existing service offerings
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with adjusters to support retention and repeat use
  • Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager about operational issues and improvements
  • Follow standard operating and safety procedures
  • Perform assignments safely and concisely according to Enservio safety standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, customer service, analytical, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
  • Professional personal and vehicle appearance
  • Ability to work in adverse conditions and post-loss insurance claims
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent personal organization and leadership skills
  • Results-oriented and able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to travel to site locations within the geographic area
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions
  • Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle available for use
  • Property and casualty claim experience is a plus
  • Restoration industry experience is a plus
