Field Claim Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to field inventory processes
- Complete assigned tasks in alignment with department, operational, and corporate goals and objectives
- Assist in business development activities for new and existing service offerings
- Promote, build, and maintain customer relationships with adjusters to support retention and repeat use
- Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational issues and improvements
- Follow standard operating and safety procedures
- Work on post-loss insurance claims in adverse conditions
- Perform assignments safely according to Enservio safety standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- Excellent personal organization and leadership skills
- Results oriented with the ability to accomplish work in a team environment
- Ability to travel to site location in your geographic area
- Ability to lift without any physical restrictions up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work independent of direct onsite supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for use
- Property and Casualty claim experience a plus
- Restoration industry experience a plus
