About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments pursuant to SOS field inventory processes
Complete assigned tasks in alignment with department, facility, operational, and corporate goals and objectives
Assist in business development activities for new and existing service offerings
Promote and maintain customer relations with adjusters to support retention and repeat use
Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational issues and improvements
Follow standard operating and safety procedures
Present professionally in personal and vehicle appearance
Work in adverse conditions involving post-loss insurance claims
Perform assignments safely according to Enservio safety standards
Coordinate with the Scheduling team on scheduled and receiving assignments
Meet insured parties, adjusters, public adjusters, and restoration companies onsite
Conduct walkthroughs and brief insured interviews while photographing each room
Independently capture a complete inventory of total-loss contents throughout homes or businesses
Complete reports and administrative duties within 24 hours of inventory capture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
Excellent personal organization and leadership skills
Results oriented with the ability to accomplish work in a team environment
Ability to travel to site location in your geographic area
Ability to lift without any physical restrictions up to 30 pounds
Work independent of direct onsite supervision
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for use
Daily travel, both local and overnight
Property and Casualty claim experience a plus
Restoration industry experience a plus
