About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support corporate requests and donations by connecting apparel, footwear, and non-retail companies with appropriate contacts
  • Support global and U.S. business development efforts and financial contribution opportunities
  • Engage existing supporters and assist with shoe and financial drives through advice and marketing assets
  • Motivate and retain assigned supporters to meet shoe and financial goals
  • Solicit new donors and introduce them to Soles4Souls' mission
  • Conduct prospect research for the International and U.S. Corporate Business Development team
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting preparation, note-taking, impact reports, presentations, and marketing material updates
  • Use the CRM to log and maintain detailed business development records
  • Create and manage reports on corporate shoe drive wins, misses, and quarterly goals
  • Participate in team meetings to coordinate campaigns and strategy
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with the Corporate and International Business Development team
  • Distribute incoming corporate lead shoe drive requests to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain the agreements tracker
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and/or managing multiple client relationships
  • Passion for the Soles4Souls mission, nurturing relationships, and meeting strategic financial goals
  • Ability to remain flexible in an ever-changing nonprofit setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Ability to translate complex conversations and topics into clear, actionable follow-ups
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Comfort working across multiple platforms and systems
  • Proactive thinking and ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong follow-through and reliability across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with customer relationship management and workflow systems, preferably HubSpot, Wrike, and NetSuite
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible hours to accommodate international calls
  • English required; French and/or Spanish a plus
