About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage a clinical caseload through SoLuna’s group practice
- Provide assessment, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy
- Support clients through grief, crisis, and life transitions
- Exercise independent clinical judgment within scope of licensure and under supervisor oversight
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers as clinically appropriate
- Maintain documentation in SoLuna’s EHR according to Texas licensing, HIPAA, and payer standards
- Participate optionally in consultation, case staffing, and community meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
- Current provisionally licensed status in good standing
- Council-approved supervisor, either your own or SoLuna’s in-house supervision; in-house supervision currently limited to LPC-A
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis intervention skills
- Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it
- Experience with EHR systems helpful
- EMDR, somatic, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus
- Must practice within scope of licensure and supervisor oversight
- Documentation must comply with Texas licensing, HIPAA, and payer standards
