About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer calls promptly and help clients feel heard and welcome
- Ask thoughtful questions, explain services, and match clients with an appropriate provider
- Follow up with new inquiries, unscheduled clients, and waitlists
- Schedule and confirm appointments, fill openings, and coordinate with therapists and the business team
- Explain insurance and expected costs clearly
- Collect payment information and deposits according to practice policy
- Keep accurate records, protect confidentiality, and follow through on every open inquiry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Studying toward a master's in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field strongly preferred
- Scheduling, customer service, call center, or healthcare office experience helpful
- Ability to work regularly on weekdays for up to 4 hours daily
- Strong phone-based customer service and client communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and protect confidentiality
- Spanish welcome
- Based in Conroe, Texas, with possible remote flexibility once established
