About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise healthcare software implementations from project initiation through go-live and stabilization
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations
  • Coordinate clinical, technical, engineering, and customer teams across multiple implementation workstreams
  • Oversee software configuration, clinical workflow validation, system testing, and deployment readiness
  • Coordinate healthcare system integrations, interoperability, and data exchange requirements
  • Lead implementation planning, cutover activities, go-live execution, and post-launch stabilization
  • Manage customer relationships, executive communications, project status reporting, and stakeholder expectations
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies, project documentation, and delivery processes, including the use of AI-enabled tools
  • Mentor and support other project managers while facilitating successful transitions from implementation to ongoing customer support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations or complex technical projects
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end healthcare software implementations across hospitals, health systems, or clinical environments
  • Experience managing complex, multi-site deployments involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, change management, and issue resolution
  • Experience coordinating software configuration, system testing, integrations, deployment, and go-live activities
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and technologies, including HL7, FHIR, and APIs
  • Understanding of healthcare data privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, lead escalations, and work effectively with executive stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel domestically to customer sites as required
  • Experience implementing oncology information systems, radiation oncology software, treatment planning systems, or related clinical applications
  • Familiarity with radiation oncology workflows and clinical operations within cancer centers
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience mentoring project managers or leading enterprise-scale implementations
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and project management platforms
