About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead several client engagements simultaneously and own scope, budget, schedule and quality
Serve as the main client contact for executive sponsors, marketing leads and IT leads
Take over signed contracts from Sales and run the handoff to delivery
Build project, release, staffing and communication plans
Guide clients through fixed-price or T&M budgets at kickoff
Run delivery in Jira using Agile/Scrum
Track hours against the SOW budget weekly and maintain a forecast to complete
Raise budget risks before they become overruns
Maintain a live RAID log
Negotiate with clients and vendors for required time, resources and decisions
Plan go-live and post-launch support
Close projects with sign-off, final billing and lessons-learned sessions
Publish weekly status reports and bi-weekly invoicing reports for Finance
Own escalations and handle difficult client conversations
Provide regular feedback to team members
Support portfolio governance, step in on off-track projects and coach other project managers
Report to the Head of PMO

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of IT project management experience, including CRM implementations (Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
Experience running several fixed-budget client projects simultaneously, with accountability for margin and timeline
Technical depth to follow an integration design, challenge an estimate and identify risky data migration
Fluent French and English
Strong presentation skills for steering committees and executives
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or business, or equivalent experience
