About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, evaluate, onboard, and contract qualified collision repair facilities
  • Identify and remove facilities that fail to meet performance or compliance standards
  • Maintain appropriate geographic distribution of repair facilities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with network partners
  • Monitor repair quality, cycle time, customer satisfaction, supplement frequency, communication, and assignment acceptance
  • Establish performance expectations and corrective action plans for underperforming facilities
  • Place facilities on performance improvement plans and monitor progress
  • Recognize and reward high-performing facilities through increased assignment opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Analyze network data and trends to improve overall network performance
  • Ensure network facilities maintain required insurance coverage, business licenses, certifications, and OEM qualifications
  • Verify facilities have the equipment, technology, and capabilities to repair vehicles safely and properly
  • Monitor compliance with company standards and contractual obligations
  • Coordinate audits and documentation reviews
  • Build relationships with multi-shop operators and strategic network partners
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated partner issues and operational concerns
  • Collaborate with partner leadership to improve operational performance
  • Represent Solvd at industry meetings, conferences, and partner events
  • Collaborate with Operations, Client Success, Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams
  • Provide network expertise during client implementations and market expansions
  • Support initiatives to increase network capacity, quality, and efficiency
  • Communicate market intelligence and partner feedback to internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in network/vendor management required
  • Experience managing collision repair networks for an insurance carrier, third-party administrator, or technology provider preferred
  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes, estimating platforms, repair standards, and OEM certification requirements preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing business relationships and negotiating with external partners
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly to visit network partners and attend industry events
  • Knowledge of collision industry performance metrics and KPIs preferred
  • Experience with performance dashboards and business analytics preferred
  • Existing relationships within the collision repair industry preferred
