About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interface with technical and commercial stakeholders for 360e Facility Inpatient and Outpatient coding and Computer Assisted Coding
Understand customer problems and write user stories reflecting solutions
Collaborate with Product Owners contributing to the 360e product line and other solutions
Help customers realize productivity improvements through high-quality core functionality
Communicate with teams, peers, and managers through status reporting, issue escalation, and constructive feedback
Create and prioritize Initiatives and EPICs for product workflow
Run weekly meta-scrums with the Development Manager and Product Analyst
Conduct voice-of-customer research with customers
Coordinate functional touch points across disciplines
Manage new product introduction activities and pricing coordination
Update financial business-review materials monthly and marketing-roadmap slides quarterly
Present sales updates and support workflow inquiries
Develop product strategy, including ROI, feature adoption, and integration plans
Provide development demos to stakeholders
Work with Training on customer training needs
Manage reference sites and maintain engagement regarding the product roadmap
Oversee quarterly workflow webinars
Present workflow knowledge to clients and contribute to industry thought leadership
Write tender responses when requested
Strategize the long-term market roadmap, identifying technology gaps and innovations
Conduct internal marketing and present at internal forums

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND eight (8) years of experience in Healthcare or Software industry; OR High School Diploma/GED and twelve (12) years of experience in Healthcare or Software industry
5+ years of HIM experience with knowledge of Coding Classifications, including ICD-10 and CPT
RHIA certification
3+ years of experience preferred in an Agile software development environment
Knowledge of languages other than English
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
5+ years of product and/or technology experience with 3M™ 360 Encompass and/or 3M™ Codefinder software
Proven ability to work cross-functionally between technical and non-technical teams
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Strong project management skills
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
