About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates
Create, maintain, and update job postings across multiple sourcing platforms
Source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting channels
Conduct candidate screenings and virtual interviews via Zoom
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Prepare, present, and negotiate employment offers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Support compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and recruitment best practices
Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and entry-level roles

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar platforms
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and hiring best practices
Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Advanced English level (C1-C2 preferred)
Baccalaureate / Middle Education
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
Ability to work from Bogotá, D.C. or the listed Colombian cities
