About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order through successful delivery to the customer
  • Serve as liaison between Echo Electric and the customer
  • Coordinate internal project activities and external customer communications
  • Communicate project scope and outline project timelines
  • Support cross-functional teams such as quotations and outside sales through resourceful problem solving
  • Provide project status reports to customers
  • Work with representatives and manufacturers to maintain deliveries
  • Manage change orders and communicate project changes to the team
  • Maintain project files and ensure key information is accessible
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions
  • Confirm invoicing and receiving are complete before project closeout
  • Occasionally meet with customers to establish expectations, timelines, and project updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
  • 1+ years of administrative experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Teamwork attitude and willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving
  • Growth-oriented approach and eagerness to learn, meet customer needs, and contribute to team success
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on quality
  • Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate
  • Attention to detail and skill to track progress
  • Lighting and/or Controls background preferred
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills and computer skills
