About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune policies, device configurations, compliance policies, and endpoint security settings
Administer and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Defender integrations
Develop and maintain device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management processes
Create, test, and deploy application packages across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
Implement and support Windows Autopilot zero-touch provisioning
Monitor and manage device compliance, remediation, and policy enforcement
Partner with Cybersecurity teams on endpoint security controls and Zero Trust strategies
Configure and support Conditional Access policies integrated with Intune and Entra ID
Support HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC, and other regulatory compliance initiatives
Monitor and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities, configuration drift, and security risks
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate
Build proactive monitoring and remediation scripts
Streamline onboarding, offboarding, device refresh, and lifecycle management processes
Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint management and device-related issues
Support operating system deployments, software distribution, patch management, and endpoint updates
Maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and knowledge articles
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management
Partner with Service Desk teams to improve support processes and reduce recurring issues
Develop dashboards and reports for endpoint compliance, patching, endpoint health, and user experience metrics
Track and report operational performance indicators and service-level objectives
Recommend improvements to endpoint security, compliance, and operational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered
3-7+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management environments
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune
Experience managing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Defender
Experience packaging and deploying enterprise applications
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments
Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, device management, and identity management concepts
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
