About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver outstanding, compassionate care while confidently performing phlebotomy procedures on patients
Build trust and comfort with patients through strong, positive interpersonal interactions
Accurately complete specimen labeling, scanning, and light data entry using digital systems
Travel to nursing homes across Rhode Island to provide essential, on-site phlebotomy services
Work 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 8:00 am

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced, mid-level to experienced phlebotomist
Hands-on training and proven expertise in phlebotomy techniques
Current phlebotomy certification
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active auto insurance/registration
Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel between patient sites
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing schedule
Ability to work independently and well with others
Experience working with seniors
Ability to drive and travel daily within Rhode Island and bordering areas of Massachusetts
