About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct and lead the Regional Manager, Hearing Care, Hearing Care Professionals and support staff in the designated region
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs including revenue targets, ASP, Gross Margin, LCM, Help Rate and Same Day Help
  • Manage, coach and develop Hearing Care Professionals and support employees, including selection, hiring, development and performance management
  • Manage and support change management initiatives
  • Motivate the team to embrace AudioNova policies and procedures
  • Ensure a customer-centered approach using the MEET customer journey and services
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing, state-mandated CEUs and billing requirements
  • Ensure adherence to customer and sales processes and audiological requirements
  • Collaborate on talent management initiatives, including development, appraisal, succession planning and performance management
  • Lead strategies to improve regional engagement
  • Monitor industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities & Branding on openings, closures, renovations, refreshes and capital projects
  • Transition and integrate new clinics and employees through acquisitions or greenfield development
  • Foster a culture aligned with AudioNova values and vision
  • Support the Senior Director, Sales with strategic projects
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and AudioNova brand standards
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent Experience required
  • MBA preferred
  • Effective and professional verbal, written, and virtual communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Marketing and promotion experience
  • Solid analytic and problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship and counseling skills
  • Multi-unit management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint & Excel
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant multi-unit management experience
  • Previous business management experience
  • Hearing Healthcare management experience a plus
  • Proven marketing, sales and business growth success within a high-touch customer-focused environment
