About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct and lead the Regional Manager, Hearing Care, Hearing Care Professionals, and support staff in a designated region
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue targets, ASP, Gross Margin, LCM, Help Rate, and Same Day Help KPIs
- Manage, coach, and develop Hearing Care Professionals and support employees, including selection, hiring, development, and performance management
- Manage and support change management initiatives
- Motivate the team to embrace AudioNova policies and procedures
- Ensure a customer-centered approach through the MEET customer journey and services
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing, state-mandated CEUs, billing requirements, and audiological requirements
- Execute talent management initiatives, including development, appraisal, succession planning, and performance management
- Lead strategies to improve regional engagement
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and developments
- Collaborate on portfolio management initiatives, including openings, closures, renovations, refreshes, and capital projects
- Transition and integrate new clinics and employees through acquisition or greenfield
- Foster a culture aligned with AudioNova’s values and vision
- Support the Senior Director, Sales with strategic projects
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and AudioNova brand standards
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- MBA preferred
- Willing to travel up to 50–60%
- Hearing Healthcare, Medical Retail, or Retail experience is a plus
- Effective and professional verbal, written, and virtual communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Marketing and promotion experience
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship, and counseling skills
- Multi-unit management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant multi-unit management experience
- Hearing Healthcare management experience is a plus
- Proven marketing, sales, and business growth success within a high-touch, customer-focused environment
