About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute first-line HR support across the employee lifecycle and respond to line manager queries
- Own and close employee and manager queries within defined payroll, salary review, performance review, and bonus calendars
- Identify and raise process improvement proposals and execution obstacles to the HR Service Centre Manager
- Document learning from query resolution
- Manage Grade 3 and below recruitment and hiring, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Address employee concerns and grievances, collaborating with Employee Relations and Compliance teams
- Administer employee benefits and pension plans and assist with payroll data inputs
- Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans
- Maintain the Workday training portfolio and support professional development initiatives
- Maintain compliance with labour laws, company policies, Health & Safety frameworks, and employee records
- Maintain HR information systems including Workday, HR Bot, and HR SharePoint
- Prepare employment administration and manage HR documentation
- Advise managers on HR issues, employee relations, and legal compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous HR Generalist/Administrator/Co-ordinator experience, ideally in a multicultural and matrix organization
- Fluent English and the language of the country where based
- Proficiency in French is highly advantageous
- Pro-active nature and ability to handle and navigate complex situations
- Comfortable working with large-scale, complex data
- Proven track record of delivering services and meeting deadlines
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, growing environment
