About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build internal products, automations, and workflows that improve how teams across the business operate.
Work with teams across the company to identify useful internal projects and write the software that delivers them.
Help teams adopt the tools built, improving day-to-day work and delivering business impact.
Examine and improve internal tooling, data flows, and processes, including end-to-end data architecture, starting with sales.
Advise leadership on software development benchmarks and best practices.
Translate business needs into technical decisions and communicate with engineering, product, and other teams.
Spend approximately 80% of time on hands-on engineering and 20% on internal consulting.
Report to the VP, Corporate Strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with a senior engineer or product manager background from a top tech company building complex products.
Direct working experience with Generative AI tools to deploy functionality or enablement within an organisation.
Strong hands-on building skills; ability to ship working software.
AI fluency, including LLMs, automation, and modern AI tooling.
Familiarity with modern engineering and product practices.
Ability to diagnose problems across functions and drive change.
Strong change management instincts and ability to gain adoption from skeptical teams.
Comfort moving between strategy conversations and shipping code in the same week.
