About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own product strategy and roadmap for an agentic security product surface
Define priorities and drive products from definition through launch
Conduct customer, design partner, and MSP partner discovery sessions
Convert customer feedback and usage data into roadmap decisions
Lead 0-to-1 delivery with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
Make product trade-offs, control scope, and deliver products to customers
Set and achieve activation, usage, and retention targets
Run experimentation programs to improve adoption and engagement
Partner with the Securing AI PM and AI Safety Office on internal AI standards
Define and maintain the product evaluation framework
Provide requirements and evidence for packaging, licensing, and MSP/MSSP model decisions
Collaborate with pricing, finance, sales, and other business teams on the commercial model
Use AI tooling to prototype concepts and identify product risks
Contribute to weekly updates, launch standups, QBR materials, and enablement content
Brief executives and internal field audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management or related industry experience
Demonstrated track record building for expert users
Hands-on experience with RAG, prompt engineering, evals, model selection trade-offs, latency versus quality decisions, and hallucination mitigation
Understanding of AI feature onboarding, default behaviors, engagement expansion, and trust-related failure modes
Executive-grade written and verbal communication
Hands-on experience driving action in ambiguous spaces
Cybersecurity, security operations, IT operations, or observability product experience is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with agentic systems, including tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, or similar, is a strong plus
Experience with AI governance, data loss prevention, or acceptable-use policy enforcement is a strong plus
MSP or MSSP channel product experience, including multi-tenant and partner-delivered motions, is a strong plus
Legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
